The project in itself is quite nice and all those tiled textures are definitely the way to go!
There are two things that bother me: the lighting and the textures you used. I'm not sure how you did your lighting because I don't know if you're using a render in max or Maya or if you're in a game engine but one thing is for sure: your lighting is doing nothing for the scene! I know you can't do much in an outside scene but I'm sure you can improve the lighting so your scene looks at least three times better than right now. A real skybox with a real definite sky and some post effects might make the scene even better too! It's a WIP so maybe you're planning on working more on this later. Then the textures, I might be wrong but I feel like you have no normal maps or if you have some they are inverted and it looks... unnatural. I'm more specifically speaking for the brick walls. I'm getting the feeling that the bricks are getting inside of the wall instead of popping out like they should.

I'm looking forward to seeing your scene in UDK. From what I know, the simplest way to record a video from UDK is to create a Matinee sequence that will play some camera movements when you start the game and use a video recording software to record your matinee sequence.
Really looking great. So many textures... and they all look good. The only suggestion i would make is that the perimeter wall around the courtyard looks less good than the rest (too thin or something?). Anyway... keep up the great work. This has been fun to watch.
